- Transmission
- A message received during a channeling session, recorded exactly as it arrived. Raw messages are never edited.
- Session
- An in-person gathering where channeling takes place. Location and attendees are always recorded.
- Channeler
- A person through whom Spirit communicates. Each channeler has a unique reference frame — the knowledge, experiences, and context through which they receive and interpret transmissions.
- Spirit Communicator
- The entity or consciousness from the other side who is sending the transmission.
- Corroboration
- Real-world evidence that validates a transmission after the fact. Verified corroborations are confirmed by the archive administrator.
- Raw Message
- The exact words or symbols received during channeling, preserved without correction or interpretation.
- Translated Message
- A human interpretation of the raw message, stored separately to maintain the integrity of the original.
- Medium
- The method used during a session — ouija, clairvoyant, automatic writing, or other.
- Reference Frame
- The personal knowledge, background, and life experience of a channeler. Spirit appears to communicate through what the receiver already knows.
