The app itself reflects this truth — multiple vetted channelers, no single voice holding the complete picture. The truth emerges from the gathering of many. She is also answering any question about whether to reach out to Nigel or Lisa yet. All are needed. Not eventually. All.

Calm prepared mental energy keeps the signal clean. Receiving and transmission are two distinct things. Receiving is what happens in the session. Transmission is what happens afterward — how it is recorded, shared, and built into the app. Both require the same calm prepared state. Stay calm anticipates that what comes through may be emotionally charged. The steadier you are, the more she can bring through clearly.

   The mediums asked how each of them could be in a calm state. This was Susie's response. Three people, three completely individual answers. Lisa moves energy through her body via reiki and that is her pathway to the receptive state. Paula's analytical mind is quieted in a specific way she knows. Jeannie's instrument is her body in motion, not stillness but movement. She did not give all three the same answer. That is a mother who knows her people.

   Continuing and deepening the cosmology from Session 1. Heaven is not a place strips away every traditional image — not a location, not somewhere up or away. Then she gives the replacement concept in the most human and accessible way she can find. Energy is the animating force that runs the Havok engine, that powers the motherboard. It exists and moves but has no inherent direction on its own. Thought is intention, consciousness, the organizing principle that shapes and directs. When those two combine — when consciousness meets animating force — what you get is the other side. Not a destination. A state. A living condition of existence that is simultaneously felt and intelligent. This is also a beautiful description of how channeling works. Lisa brings the thought, the calm prepared mental energy Susie asked for. Susie brings the energy. What comes through is the baby of that meeting.

   On justice and evil: Evil is not a force or an opposing power. It is simply what happens when compassion is absent. A vacuum. Justice cannot be served through systems alone without compassion at the center. Without it the form of justice exists but the soul of it does not. This also applies to the app and the work — hold it with compassion. The scientific rigor she asked for must live inside a compassionate container. On somatic feedback: The body is a real-time guidance system, not just for entering the calm state but during the work itself. When something lands as true the body will signal it. Learn to read that signal. Note: Jeannie was already doing the infinity sign throughout this session as her body confirmed what was coming through. Somatic feedback was already happening in the room. On 435Hz: A specific and practical directive. 435Hz is a sound frequency sitting just below the modern standard tuning of 440Hz. Research suggests frequencies in this range can decrease heart rate, blood pressure, and respiratory rate, while increasing focus and a sense of connection. Many people find it calming and use it for meditation and spiritual work. Susie specified 435Hz with precision — not 432Hz which is more commonly discussed. That precision is intentional, consistent with how she named Hammerfall for Lisa and specific practices for each person. Search YouTube for 435Hz and use it to open sessions going forward. It is part of the preparation ritual she is building.

Solid state is fixed — it stores data in rigid static memory, bounded, with a ceiling. Liquid crystal is dynamic — the crystals shift, reorient, respond to signals, change their properties fluidly. They are responsive and adaptive by nature. The other side operates like liquid crystal, not solid state. It is a living responsive frequency-based field that acquires and adapts. The word acquired suggests the system is always receiving, always incorporating, always updating. Physics held in the thought energy is heaven: Heaven is not a place. It is physics. But not physics as cold law and mechanics. Physics held inside thought energy. The laws that govern existence over there are animated, shaped, and sustained by consciousness itself. Here, physics governs us — gravity pulls whether we think about it or not. Over there the relationship is reversed. Thought holds the physics. Consciousness is the container that the laws of existence live inside. This is why intention matters so much in this work. On the other side thought is not a passenger. Thought is the vehicle and the road and the fuel all at once.

   After all the cosmology and technology analogies, she stopped and gave four short declarative truths. No metaphor. Statement of fact from someone who knows. No fear of death: From direct experience. Whatever we imagine death to be, the fear around it is not warranted. Justice is self inflicted: No external judge. No cosmic courtroom. The accounting is internal. We carry our own justice. Both sobering and liberating depending on where you are standing with it. Love wins: Not a hope. Not a sentiment. A reported fact from where she is sitting. She has seen how it resolves. Love is what the liquid crystal orients toward. Love is what the thought energy holds the physics inside of. It wins because it is the most fundamental frequency there is.
